| Tiivistelmä: | Cooperation on international level is needed to fight trade corruption. New challenges to the international trading community are needed. Issues arise on which forum is best suited to tackling corruption. It is revealed in an assessment that cooperation might have to push back the boundaries of international law and require cession of national sovereignty. Efforts are examined with an eye on these questions and to put into context the progress made to date. |
