| Tiivistelmä: | This paper considers the consequences of Uruguay Round. The author states that tension has turned to the "invisible" costs on account of documentation requirements, procedural delays, or a lack of transparency and predictability in the application of government rules and regulations. Further the author considers and analyses 24 articles. This paper also covers the following subjects: 1) main points of the tentative draft agreement; 2) anticipated effect of implementation of draft agreement: trade facilitation; 3) proposal of a tentative draft agreement on the measures to promote trade facilitation. Finally the author provides the conclusion. |
