Tiivistelmä:The restructuring efforts of organizational forms and practice caused by today's highly competitive markets are having significant effects on the organization and management of work within customer companies. In the extant marketing literature, these important changes have been largely ignored. This research represents an early step toward addressing this important gap in the literature. The effect of "buyer firm downsizing" on buying firm structure and buyer-seller relationship is examined in this paper.
