| Tiivistelmä: | The technique of semiography used in the article is based on a series of word- association tests and plot-association tests. As a result of these paradigmatic sets and syntagmatic chains of data are elicited and analysed with the aim of mapping out the semantic processes through which the image of the Amerindian is built among young adults. |
