| Tiivistelmä: | The article is based on the author's personal experience in automatic processing of information in archeology. The 'logicist' approach of the School of Vienna and of Charles Morris is shown in opposition to other current approaches, such as the semiotic perspective, the taxonomic phase, hermeneutics and problematology. The concluding statement concerns the epistemological principles for the testing of interpretative processes. |
