| Tiivistelmä: | In China, too much was talked about financial risks, on the contrary, too little was talked about financial development. China should put financial development into the primary position because nondevelopment is the biggest risk. At present, some banks do not encourage to carry out much credit business because they think financial development is a danger. This thought is totally wrong. Safeguarding risks can not be achieved unless developing. The key for China not directly impacted by Asian financial crisis is the enhancement of financial strength and foreign exchange reserve. |
