| Tiivistelmä: | The various current models and theories of management are based on the findings of the social sciences. The behavioral sciences have, however, had little impact, if any, upon management practice. The arguments and consequences of a publication are examined which focuses on this problem. The behavior ecological consequences are: stimulation and self-stimulation. The strategies leading to this are: practising of readiness, stimulation by exploration, stimulation by competition, stimulation by cooperation. The tasks of the management based on behavior-biology can be divided into three components: training, giving sense and problem solving initiative. |
