| Tiivistelmä: | College assessment centres have been successful in helping business and industry make hiring and selection decisions. The centres, however, are used less frequently in management development and career planning. The centre allows students to clarify their career goals and evaluate their management skills, including teamwork, problems solving and communication. The concept can be applied to business and industrial settings to help employees reach their management and career potential. |
