| Tiivistelmä: | This contribution adopts broadly the same structure as the report given on legal developments in the 1994 Annual Review. The purpose of using this structure is to provide a useful means of identifying the main directions of the case law of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) and the Court of First Instance (CFI), and for assessing the principal pressure in the field of law - pointing in both integrative and disintegrative directions - in the EU. It is not intended that the contribution will provide a completely comprehensive account of all EU legal developments, but rather that it will offer general guidance. |
