| Tiivistelmä: | The article examines the process of the European Political Co-operation /EPC/ from the perspective of national diversity.Three approaches are used to examine one partial EPC-study i.e. "domestic politics", "symbol and pseudo policies" and "agenda management". Each approach offers an alternative' explanation to accomodate the Community's policy dynamic and illustrates the constraints international to process of EPC. |
