Tiivistelmä:The term "learning organisation" has been coined at the end of 1980es.It is used to denote an organisation which culture is based on permanent acquisition of new knowledge, which is also the basis for changes in actual behaviour of organisation members.Three types of learning are presented (according to Schein) and typical activities which has been developed by learning organisations.Further some basic reasons are elaborated, why people resist to changes and why learning organisations are not more frequent.
