Tiivistelmä:Knowledge is raw material to be processed to a higher level in order to create added value for the customer. A knowledge-intensive firm does not work properly as a structured, departmentalized, hierarchical organization. It is at its best as a process/network/culture/marketplace for mutual learning and knowledge. Management is partaking, selecting, supporting, accelerating and directing the interface between operations and customers.
