Tiivistelmä:When individuals' values are congruent with the values of the culture of organization, individuals 'fit' the culture of that organization. This article examines how job satisfaction relates to fit between individuals and their competency groups (P-G fit) and the organization (P-O fit). The results show that both fits were related to individuals' satisfaction at work. The factors that may limit the generalizability of the results are noted.
