| Tiivistelmä: | This editorial discusses the topic of the special issue, which is gender as a social practice. Analysing practice requires a shift in focus to the way in which activities are performed in organizations, uncovering the structuring of structure and identifying the organized network of activity rooted in the doing and saying of organizational actors. When applied to studying gender in organizations, it enables the view of gender as situated social practice, that is to say, something actualized through social interaction. |
