Tiivistelmä:This paper seeks to empirically explore how organizational culture with a focus on collaboration and certain types of leadership roles significantly affect knowledge sharing. A sample of 1200 employees was drawn from workers at international tourist hotels in Taiwan. The findings reveal that there was a strong and positive relationship between a collaborative culture and the effectiveness of knowledge sharing. Furthermore, facilitator, mentor and innovator roles were positively correlated with knowledge sharing effectiveness, and there was a negative relationship between a monitor role and knowledge sharing.
