| Tiivistelmä: | The article examines the multi-dimensional nature of ethics programs and ethical culture in organizations, and thus offers an in-depth understanding between those two concepts. Corporate ethical virtues model is employed to identify eight dimensions of ethical culture. The article also identifies nine ethics program's components. A survey of 4056 participants of U.S. workforce was conducted to investigate the relationship between ethical culture and ethics programs. The findings indicate that the relationship between ethical culture dimensions and ethics program components differ in nature, significance and strength. |
