| Tiivistelmä: | The level and range of EU RTD funding is increasing. However, only high-quality proposals will be accepted, and it is expected that applicants will see the funding as being only a part of the total benefits available. The programme is not intended as a disguised industrial subsidy, but rather as a stimulus to organizations with something to offer of value to the EU and whose potential might otherwise be stunted. The EU research and technological development programmes are intended to complement, not replace national programmes. |
