| Tiivistelmä: | The competition of the monetary and political union, so far the most ambitious plan of the European Community , has got into a decisive stage. It is likely that the common European currency will come into existence indeed, but not in the form in which it was originally concepted. The strategists in Brussels cherish the notion of a small but more refined EC currency club. Only those could be the members of this club,who prove to be sucessful in the market. The DEM and the FRF will be propably the decisive factors of the union. |
