| Tiivistelmä: | After analyzing the supply-demand situation in China, the author thinks that: (1) we should conduct the guidance management to the producer prices of sugar, setting the intermediate quasi-factory prices of can sugar and beet sugar according to the cost in Zhenjiang, Guangxi and Yinan and the cost in Helongjiang, Nemenggu and Xinjiang respectively, which are arranged by 10% of the profit of one-ton sugar; (2) We should give the role of main channel of state-run business into play, arranging reasonably the price differences at circulation links. Considering such fee factors as storage, interests, management, the batch price differences at factories can not be below 900 yuan per ton. |
