| Tiivistelmä: | The State Planning Commission made a decision that the guiding prices for purchasing sugar crop be increased properly during the seasons for extracting juice from 1994 to 1995.The main contents are as follows : the guiding prices for purchasing sugar canes and beet roots will be increased from 140 yuan and 155 yuan to 170 yuan and 190 yuan secretively, on the basis of which the sate of fluctuation will be allowed within the range of 10% : Its aim is to promote the production of sugar crop and peasants in planting sugar crop. |
