| Tiivistelmä: | The abnormally rising price of grain for 2 years running contributed to the highest output in 1996. We should prevent the earlier formation of "high-price agriculture", otherwise production increase will be restricted by price inertia in the future. The abnormal price of grain and imbalance between supply and demand due to the large-scale import of grain at the same time when domestic grain production is increased will exert negative influence on China's participating in the world farm product competition and integration of agriculture and market economy. In addition, the problem of the dual-structure system separating urban area from rural area must be settled. Only in this way, can the grain business operation and supply meeting the need of continuous expansion of city scale be formed. |
