| Tiivistelmä: | Juding from the economic scale and strength, its economic dependence on external factors, the financial situations and capital markets in the EURO area, EURO as a major international currency in the near future seems to be inevitable. However, this paper concludes that the possibility of EURO emerging as the world's second key currency will depend on the economic development in the EURO area, and if the EURO will turn out to be a stable currency in a few years. |
