| Tiivistelmä: | The main issues of the paper are the analysis of project-management content and structure, project-management socioeconomic and technological environment, the emerging industry's skills needs and the audience profile and instruction methods in project-management education. It is reported that careers in project-management can be founded on well rounded educational programmes that include not only the study of project-management tools and techniques, but also a form of indoctrination into the project- management organizational culture and life within the matrix organization and project-lifecycle context. |
