| Tiivistelmä: | The paper explores what institutional entrepreneurs do to propagate new organizational forms. Findings are derived form a longitudinal study of the 'Euroregion'. It was found that the institutional entrepreneurs behind the Euroregion engaged in several types of institution-building projects, with a changing focus over time. Further findings are presented in the study. The paper interprets the findings by outlining a process theory of institutional entrepreneurship that conceptualizes the institutional entrepreneur in light of its development as an innovating organization. |
