Tiivistelmä: | During the past four or five years, American managers have increasingly been Moomaw, C. compensation called knowledge-based pay, pay for skill, pay for knowledge or skill-based pay. Whichever term is applied, the concept generally is similar. Knowledge-based pay systems do not key on the conventional bases for direct compensation. Instead, these systems pay employees for their range of knowledge, the number of business-related skills mastered, the level of those skills or knowledge, or some combination of level and range. |
