| Tiivistelmä: | Recent decisions of the Community Court reveal a new mood of judicial abstentionism. In recent months the Community Courts have: (1) adopted a new , more relaxed approach to national restrictions on methods by which goods may be marketed; (2) refused to interfere with national approaches to the question of confusion between trademarks; (3) found unobjectionable several national measures designs to regulate prices in the insurance or transport sectors; (4) dismissed objections to a national rule exempting small businesses from a legal regime protecting employees from unfair dismissal. |
