| Tiivistelmä: | 1.By 1997, among the total investment in fixed assets, the state's budgetary investment accounted for 3%, domestic loans, 19%, utilized foreign investment, 11%, independently-raised funds, 55% and other investment, 12%. 2. China's medium and small-sized enterprises developing rapidly made up over 99% of the total ones nationwide, 60% or so of industrial output value, 40% of tax and profit payment and 75% of the employed and 80% of the new job opportunities. 3. The urban unemployment rate in 1997 was 9.36% and the actual rate, over 8% (the recessive employment of laid-off workers is not included). 4.The countries and regions China absorbed foreign direct investment from reached 108 in 1997 and the proportions of foreign investment in the eastern, central, western areas were 17%, 9.9% and 3.1% respectively. |
