Tiivistelmä:In this paper, a framework (hereafter as: f-w.) of performance appraisal (here as: perf-appr.) across organizational life cycles is developed. In building the f-w., the theoretical foundations and the key processes (e.g. performance criteria, appraisal methods etc.) regarding perf-appr. will be gone through to decide the appropriate perf-appr. strategy.
