| Tiivistelmä: | The revalue of Japanese yen has played an important role in the sustained and fast growth of import from China. China's import from Japan varies closely along with the growing tendency of domestic GDP. The Sino-Japanese trade deficit is basically dependent upon the fluctuation of China economic growth rate. The Japanese direct investment in china has strongly brought along the fast growth of bilateral trade. China export of traditional commodities like textile products shares a higher proportion while import of technology-intensive products like machinery equipment still takes the lead. However, the Japanese direct investment has decreased by 27%, showing a decline to attract investment. The bilateral relation of economy and trade will be affected if such tendency goes on. |
