| Tiivistelmä: | The foreign investments have been developed with the high speed after China achieved the first-time strategic transfer with the usage of foreign capitals. The real foreign investments were 267.315 billion dollars during 1979 and 1998. The foreign capitals have been an important part of Chinese economy. The second-time strategic transfer isn't sole opening but reform and can be achieved depending on the reform development. It's impossible to overcome with the their own development, which has to rush out of the systematic shackles. |
