| Tiivistelmä: | The grain problems have had an essential change, from the eating-full to the improve grain qualities of the eating-better in our country for 20 years, but at present become an economic problem, as the limit regulation. The policy system of marketization grain import-export trades can be divided into three levers as follow: 1, to set up law framework appropriate to the relative international rules; 2,to make up management system controlled by the markets; 3.each management subjects have an equal competition under the market conditions. |
