| Tiivistelmä: | It is commonly recognized that the risk identification and assessment sub stages of the overall process of project risk analysis and management have the largest impact on the accuracy of any construction risk assessment. To accomplish these stages requires the acquisition of judgments form the project "core" team (principal designers). The way these judgments are collected is central to the value and effectiveness of the whole process. However there is a lack of real understanding of the merits and drawbacks of the available techniques. |
