| Tiivistelmä: | The author states that industry leaders such as GE and IBM are asking employees to leave the office for days at a time to "workout", "jam" and engage in mega- conversations. Answering the question why, the author states that to create knowledge, to solve problems and innovate. In this paper the author examines the concept of large-group conversations and the benefits of jamming with employees. The article also considers the following topics: development of the large group approach called Workout, applicability and impact of large conversations in an interactive. The paper also pays attention to the topic of electronic business environment and the ground rules for managing mega-conversations. |
