Tiivistelmä:This paper suggests that it is more important for people attending in creativity session to have the ability to think creatively, to have a 'diversity of the mind', than having a larger diversity of people attending. The R&D environment of Unilever has been observed to describe how diversity impacts creativity from a practitioner point of view.
