| Tiivistelmä: | In this study the authors research how teams and knowledge can be managed in multinational organizations. They develop a framework that illustrates why variations in time perspectives among members of teams happen and how such differences can exert notable but unacknowledged influences on knowledge management efforts in MNOs. Such factors as speed of knowledge creation, innovativeness of knowledge created and speed of knowledge transfer between team are mentioned to be unacknowledged and having an impact to knowledge management efforts in MNOs. |
