| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years, the policy of export refund approved in world has been implemented in China's foreign trade. The system of export refund owns clear advantages, but due to impact of past foreign trade system, there are also some problems for the new foreign trade system and export refund system in the running: the export refund policy is not clear, the vocation of refund lags behind, which impacts the export; local refund is limited by local finance; the mechanism of export refund is not perfect; the export refund are defrauded repeatedly, etc. These problems must be resolved by perfecting the system of export refund. |
