| Tiivistelmä: | Export drawback has such functions as encouraging export, improving economic effect, bringing foreign trade enterprises into the status of equal competition, and creating favorable conditions for China's acceding to GATT. At present, the export drawback system is not adequate enough: Time of drawback is not ensured. The rate of drawback is difficult to be determined. The management force is not efficient, and the exporting corporations get drawback through fraud and deception. The export drawback system must be improved in terms of restrictive mechanism. |
