Tiivistelmä: | When Mintzberg declared that the concept of environment 'turbulent' was a lot of nonsense, he touched a sore spot. So, in his part of this article Mintzberg does acknowledge that many markets have undergone whipping change. But where others see turbulence, he sees emerging opportunity. He blames planners and rigid planning for preventing companies from making advantageous adaptions in disorderly markets. As a counterpoint futurist Theobald takes us on a guided tour of the world as he sees it: a truly tumultuous place. He believes that we are on the threshold of a new era, one that requires to adopt new measures of success. |
