| Tiivistelmä: | Since 1985, in Jilin province, the price of rural industrial goods sale and purchasing price of farm produce were raised, but two prices made a difference in increase, which led to the changed price scissors. Before 1987, price scissors was narrowed gradually, but was widened after 1988, that grain price little raised, but the price of agriculture means of production and manufactured goods for daily use were raised quickly, which made the rate of exchange forward to no-benefit for agriculture. |
