| Tiivistelmä: | China's enterprise culture must adapt to today's economic environment and the need of modern economic development. The modern economy has four main features, that is, ecological economy, market economy, integrated global economy and innovative economy. The said features decide not only the future economic environment but the five main trends of enterprise culture in the coming decades. They are to stress efficiency, to attach importance to service, to advocate innovation, to take human being as the base and to keep up group spirit. At the same time, efficiency culture, service culture, innovation culture, culture of human being as the base and community culture will be formed correspondingly. |
