So the most pressing matter of the moment is to speed up the reform and cultivate a new market economic system as soon as possible. However, people's conservative ideas and concepts are the main barriers restricting the economic development of this area. To emancipate the mind and renew the concepts, the key is to free further cadres, especially the leading cadres from old ideas. |
