| Tiivistelmä: | In view of the serious negative influence in the work of introducing foreign investment in China, we should sum up experiences and lessons seriously and strengthen management. To this end, we should concentrate properly the competence of management, encourage the introduction of more soft technology and less production lines and general equipment, avoid the introduction of the same project by many units. When establishing joint ventures, we should do all we can to make foreign businessmen take charge of products being sold back and construct the tech-development institutions synchronously. The Chinese side should have the majority stake in joint ventures. It is not suitable, for too long deadline of joint venture. The production programs are not allowed to be enlarged. Generally, the wholly foreign-funded international corporations are not approved. |
