Tiivistelmä:Including social dimension to company reporting has become increasingly important, which has raised questions about the nature of social responsibility and its effect on corporate and individual behaviour and performance. This paper argues that organizational reporting about social responsibility can be seen as a learning tool in some instances. Designing and implementing social reporting procedures may lead to individual and organizational dynamic changes that foster company performance.
