| Tiivistelmä: | Whereas reducing the working time is an operation of political nature implying the redistribution of productivity earnings,the adjustment of working time designates a genuine tool of economic management. The success of such an adjustment policy depends upon the willingness to achieve productivity earnings and to make the company more competitive. The results of measures in this field are correlated with the social development of the enterprise in a broad sense,therefore they cannot be achieved by improvements in technical organization or staff management. The adjustment of working time supposes the existence of a long-term and methodically well-grounded program at the enterprise. |
