Tiivistelmä:The store environment is important in enhancing the shopping experience. The effects of many pleasant ambient stimuli such as music and scent are examined. The notion of Gestalt to consumers' perceptions of retail environments is extended and consumers' holistical perceptions of Servicescapes are demonstrated.
