| Tiivistelmä: | This paper provides an overview of legal issues which might arise in the context of mergers and aqcuisitions. It is an institutional view and no check-list how to proceed in concrete legal matters. The paper cannot serve to be applied in specific cases and resolve problems of law. But it should reveal in general where institutional issues are relevant when starting or operating cooperation by companies between the United Kingdom and Germany. Therefore, the following article addresses the legal systems of both countries. |
