| Tiivistelmä: | Effective managers get things done through people. Motivating and leading people may be the most valuable skill. A manager cannot do all of the work and he is not supposed to do it all. He must choose the right employees and then see that they are properly trained for the task to be handled. The author believes that leadership is a skill that can be acquired and should be nurtured constantly. |
