| Tiivistelmä: | The opportunity costs are crucial in the analysis of the business process designed for the support to business decision-making.They can be assessed by the use of shadow prices and determined by the optimal values of dual variables in linear optimization.The conditions, which must meet the business process, i. e. to be suitable for the application of the linear optimization model, are analyzed in this paper.At the same time, this paper discusses the possibilities for the optimization when such a model can not be illustrated by an applicative example. |
