| Tiivistelmä: | The final outcome of the Uruguay Round Negotiations on Multilateral Trade is of distinct environmental nature, which has laid a foundation for environmental protection and sustained development, greatly enriched the environmental code of the multilateral trade system, and made structural arrangements for further sustained discussions about trade and environment inside the multilateral trade system. Confronted with the situation of environmental protection of the multilateral trade system and the increasingly surging green waves of world markets, China's government and enterprises are to consider adjusting polices as soon as possible. |
