| Tiivistelmä: | The objective of this article is to examine issues and alternatives for reform of th international public policy regime for investment. It focuses on a comparative analysis of agreements concerning investment in the organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the World trade Organization (WTO), as well as the investment policies of two regional agreements -- the North American Free Trade Agreement and the European Energy Charter Treaty. The analysis of these agreements is used as a basis for developing proposals. |
